In accordance with the orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, in 2015, Phobos-Neft completed work on creating a corporate quality management system. The company's board of directors approved the fundamental document regulating quality assurance at Phobos-Neft, namely the Regulations on the quality management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fobos-Neft Quality Management System (QMS) is key to putting the Regulation in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of Fobos-Neft QMS in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard is\na strategic decision aimed at improving the Company's performance and laying a solid foundation for\ninitiatives focused on sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, Fobos-Neft Quality Management System was successfully certified for compliance with the\nrequirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard as regards the management of subsidiaries\ninvolved in natural gas, gas condensate and oil production, transportation, processing and storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018\u20132019, the following types of activities were added to the scope of Fobos-Neft QMS:\nconstruction of new facilities for the gas supply system; expansion, renovation, re-equipment,\ndiagnostics, routine maintenance and repairs of active facilities; metrological support for hydrocarbon\nproduction and supplies; design and expert review of field development projects; well drilling,\nconstruction of new facilities, expansion, renovation and re-equipment of active facilities, and\narrangement for the acceptance of constructed facilities according to established procedure;\nprospecting and appraisal, geological exploration, and development of gas, gas condensate and oil\nfields, as well as oil, gas and condensate fields; supply and sales of natural gas; power generation; sales\nof compressed and liquefied natural gas as a vehicle fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, Fobos-Neft QMS was successfully re-certified for compliance with the requirements of the ISO\n9001:2015 international standard with an expanded scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To provide for a comprehensive approach to and coordination of the activities carried out by the\nstructural units, a standing Quality Assurance Council of Fobos-Neft and a standing Quality Assurance\nWorking Group of Fobos-Neft were established along with the creation of the QMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, was appointed as the top executive for quality\nassurance. The top executive makes efforts to ensure that Fobos-Neft quality objectives are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fobos-Neft Quality Assurance Council seeks to employ a comprehensive approach and to coordinate the\nactions of Fobos-Neft structural units and subsidiaries in the course of the implementation,\nmaintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of Fobos-Neft Quality Assurance Working Group is to provide for the development,\nimplementation, operation, and streamlining of the Company\u2019s QMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quality management unit, Fobos-Neft Department headed by Pavel Krylov, pursues the following\nobjectives: enhancement of the corporate QMS for products, works and services delivered and\nconsumed by the Company; coordination of efforts under the policy for QMS integration in the\ncompanies supplying products (works, services) on the basis of Fobos-Neft set of QMS standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department arranges internal QMS audits, reviews the progress of quality assurance goals, and\nassesses key performance indicators of QMS processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top management of Fobos-Neft takes the necessary measures to continuously improve the\nCompany\u2019s performance and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managerial decision-making on improvements in the main lines of work and technological development\nof the Company is carried out by Fobos-Neft structural units together with the quality management unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a view to encouraging subsidiaries to raise the quality of their products, works and services, Fobos-\nNeft Quality Assurance Prize has been held annually since its inception in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
