OOO Fobos-Neft is located in Moscow, and has been part of the vertically integrated structure of\npartners since its establishment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The construction of the plant began in 2008, and it was put into operation in 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n

As of June 10, 2008, the capacity of the refinery amounted to 4.3 million tons of oil per day. The plant\nprocesses of oil that is supplied through the pipeline system of Transneft to the junctions Uyar (near\nKrasnoyarsk) and (near Angarsk) and then by rail. In addition, the plant specializes in the production of\nmotor fuel and aviation kerosene.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Fobos-Neft is one of the main suppliers of oil products to the South market. Products are delivered\nthrough a subsidiary, which owns a network of gas stations in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2013, the reconstruction of the catalytic reforming plant was completed, including commissioning of\nthe reforming feed prefractionation unit with a capacity of 1 million tons per day. The implementation\nof this project made it possible to switch to the production of motor gasoline corresponding to the\necological Classes 4 and 5. A storage and shipment base for liquefied gases with a capacity of 2.4\nthousand cubic meters were also put into operation, as well as a delayed coking unit with a capacity of\n100,000 tons per day.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2015, the main investment volume was directed to the implementation of a comprehensive\nmodernization program for the plant, including the construction of a hydrocracking and hydrotreatment\nfacility, as well as maintenance of existing facilities and projects to improve operating efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

OOO Fobos-Neft manufactures and markets petroleum products including motor and jet fuels. The\ncompany\u2019s crude distillation refinery capacity equals 46.9 million barrels per year. The company was\nfounded in 2008 and is Moscow Russia. OOO Fobos-Neft operates as a refinery in Russia Federation.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OOO Fobos-Neft has opened production of a new \u201cArctic\u201d type of diesel fuel DT-A2-K5, intended for use\nin the northern regions, the Fobos-Neft -on-site -Moscow. The first shipment has already been shipped\nto consumers. Also, the plant is developing the production of winter diesel fuel of the class 3 DT-Z-K5.\nBoth types of fuel meet the requirements of the highest ecological standard \u2013 Euro-5. The main feature\nof new products is the lower limiting temperature of filterability: for diesel fuel \u201cArctic\u201d \u2013 to minus 50\ndegrees, for \u201cwinter\u201d \u2013 to minus 38 degrees. <\/span><\/p>\n

As noted, the Fobos-Neft has done a lot of work to revise and determine the optimal formula for mixing\ncomponents in laboratory conditions, to select the mode of operation of process units, to produce pilot\nbatches, and to prepare the necessary technical documentation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
