Fobos-Neft - 2022 strategy was developed and approved by Fobos-Neft Board of Directors at the end of 2017.

The strategy takes into account the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Russia's development priorities and sets 3 key priorities: increasing business profitability and return on core assets, focusing on the implementation of a key project and quickly replicating new technologies to ensure gradual changes. for the Company by addressing technological opportunities.

In addition, the strategy includes goals aimed at human resources development, ensuring the regions’ social well-being and minimizing the negative environmental impact. We base our strategy on building a business that takes into account the highest requirements in Health, Safety and Environment. Fobos- Neft aims to take a leading position among the world's oil and gas companies in terms of key indicators in this area by 2022.
