OOO Fobos-Neft is located in Moscow, and has been part of the vertically integrated structure of partners since its establishment. 

The construction of the plant began in 2008, and it was put into operation in 2009.

As of June 10, 2008, the capacity of the refinery amounted to 4.3 million tons of oil per day. The plant processes of oil that is supplied through the pipeline system of Transneft to the junctions Uyar (near Krasnoyarsk) and (near Angarsk) and then by rail. In addition, the plant specializes in the production of motor fuel and aviation kerosene.

The Fobos-Neft is one of the main suppliers of oil products to the South market. Products are delivered through a subsidiary, which owns a network of gas stations in the region.

In 2013, the reconstruction of the catalytic reforming plant was completed, including commissioning of the reforming feed prefractionation unit with a capacity of 1 million tons per day. The implementation of this project made it possible to switch to the production of motor gasoline corresponding to the ecological Classes 4 and 5. A storage and shipment base for liquefied gases with a capacity of 2.4 thousand cubic meters were also put into operation, as well as a delayed coking unit with a capacity of 100,000 tons per day.

Oil refining

The company's plants have modern processing and processing facilities and produce a wide range of high-quality petroleum products. Russian factories are superior to the Russian average in terms of technological capacity and efficiency indicators, and the company's European factories are not inferior to competitors and are located near important markets.

Priority projects

Given the large resource base, the company’s priority is to implement new projects to increase production volumes. These projects include both the development of new fields and the intensification of production at mature fields through the use of modern technologies and an increase in the volume of production drilling and the number of well operations to enhance oil recovery.

Wholesale sales and trading

OOO FOBOS-NEFT sells oil, gas and refined petroleum products on the domestic and international markets, optimally distributing flows depending on the market situation. The company has its own transhipment facilities for oil and petroleum products. Maximum efficient use of its own resources of oil and petroleum products, as well as obtaining additional profit from trading in purchased hydrocarbons.

Oil trading

Since 2000, the only international trade operator of the LLC is the International Trade and Sales Company "FOBOS-NEFT"), which carries out all supplies and trading activities for the Group outside Russia. It also optimizes export flows and ensures transparency in the export of oil and petroleum products.

Gas processing

FOBOS-NEFT LLC processes gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) at two gas processing plants (GPPs) in Western Siberia and Timan-Pechora, as well as at the Perm Refinery, Volgograd Refinery and Stavrolensk Petrochemical Complex in the Stavropol Territory. The Group's enterprises process associated petroleum gas produced by FOBOS-NEFT LLC to produce liquid hydrocarbons and commercial gas.
