OOO Fobos-Neft is located in Moscow, and has been part of the vertically integrated structure of partners since its establishment.
The construction of the plant began in 2008, and it was put into operation in 2009.
As of June 10, 2008, the capacity of the refinery amounted to 4.3 million tons of oil per day. The plant processes of oil that is supplied through the pipeline system of Transneft to the junctions Uyar (near Krasnoyarsk) and (near Angarsk) and then by rail. In addition, the plant specializes in the production of motor fuel and aviation kerosene.
The Fobos-Neft is one of the main suppliers of oil products to the South market. Products are delivered through a subsidiary, which owns a network of gas stations in the region.
In 2013, the reconstruction of the catalytic reforming plant was completed, including commissioning of the reforming feed prefractionation unit with a capacity of 1 million tons per day. The implementation of this project made it possible to switch to the production of motor gasoline corresponding to the ecological Classes 4 and 5. A storage and shipment base for liquefied gases with a capacity of 2.4 thousand cubic meters were also put into operation, as well as a delayed coking unit with a capacity of 100,000 tons per day.
